- Restocking Fee: There are no additional fees required to process returns. Once your item is received and inspected, Zelyria will issue your refund in full.
- Return Label: Customers are responsible for the arranging and covering cost of return shipping
Return Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: Free of charge. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover all return costs.
- Change of Mind: If you purchased the wrong item, changed your mind, or the product doesn’t suit your needs, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

- Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents included.
- Send it Back: Ship your package through the carrier specified in your return authorization email.
Refund Process

- Refund: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days and will appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
